Prestavoine Athletics Stadium, located two hours from Paris, opened in 2004 and was renovated in 2014. It is a modern facility open to all users. With various additional spaces (meeting room, storage facility, etc.) and a cryotherapy centre nearby, it is the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition. Top athletes from France and around the world descend on the stadium each year for the Hérouville-Saint-Clair athletics meeting.

The Rabelais Gymnasium is situated in the Paul Vauquelin Multisports Complex, 15 minutes from Rouen city centre and right by the A150 motorway. The gymnasium has among the largest seating capacity in the Rouen urban area (600-seat fixed grandstands and up to 1,000 with mobile grandstands). It also boasts a wide variety of high-quality additional facilities (gym, club house, dojo, athletics track and gymnastics room). There are a further two gymnasiums adjoining the Rabelais Gymnasium, each with facilities measuring 40 m x 20 m. The complex is therefore ideal for preparing for competition in specific disciplines, as well as for more general preparation, with outstanding facilities and services.
The Regional Climbing Centre in Montmartin-sur-Mer is 10 km from Coutances and 20 km from Granville. It can be reached from Paris in 3 hours 30 minutes. The centre was built in 1997 and has undergone a regular programme of expansion and improvement works, tracking developments in sport climbing. The rope climbing wall, renovated in 2013, is an outstanding, modern facility that meets current discipline standards.

Montmartin sur Mer
The watersports centre is located on the canal between Caen and the coast, close to Caen city centre. The water is shielded from the wind, offering perfect conditions for various watersports.
The table tennis room, built in 2015, adjoins the municipal gymnasium in the Saint-Ghislain Sports Centre (which features a boxing studio, a gym/weightlifting room, 2 gymnasiums, a football pitch, a table tennis room, etc.). The complex is situated close to the Pays St-Lois aquatic centre (which has a gym) and the urban park (with compact golf course), and is just a short distance from the town centre (amenities nearby). It is the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition.
The Saint-Lo baseball field, situated at the Les Ronchettes Sports Centre, is one of the best in France. Athletes can make use of the many facilities at the nearby football training centre (dressing rooms, club house, gym, etc.). There is also an aquatic centre (with a gym) and a compact golf course nearby, making it the ideal base for Olympic preparations.
The 35-hectare equestrian centre is situated in the centre of Saint Lô (Manche/Normandy). The facilities include the former Haras National (built by Napoleon I in the late 19th century), plus an indoor hall (capacity: 3,000), 8 arenas, 4 riding rings and 471 stables. The centre plays host to events for 160 days each year, including innovative events and activities to support the equestrian sector and professionals, and riding competitions. In addition to centre management activities, the centre branches out into other activities to promote its historic heritage.
