Sotteville-lès-Rouen is home to Normandy’s only IAAF-approved athletics track. It has hosted a top-30 international meeting every year since 1986. It hosted the 2004 French Athletics Championships and the 2007 French Disability Sport Championships. The resident club has competed at the highest level in France for 25 years and is involved in the Olympic Solidarity programme. It could play an important supporting role for delegations, including the provision of medical services.

The Grévarin sports complex enjoys a prime location in the town centre, just 10 minutes from the train station (with trains to Paris Saint-Lazare station) and less than 1 hour’s drive from the capital by motorway. The facility was renovated in 2008, and new Gerflor flooring will be installed in the multisports room in June 2020. The complex boasts various additional spaces (meeting room, press room, medical centre, anti-doping testing facility, gym). A handball team currently playing in the Proligue could serve as a training partner. The Vernon Regional Youth and Sports Centre (CRJS) is a 10-minute walk away. These features make it the ideal place to prepare for the 2024 Olympic Games.
The Espace du Littoral has a 22 m x 44 m court area plus the additional spaces required for elite preparation. The complex is on the outskirts of Le Havre, 1 hour 45 minutes from Paris.

Octeville sur mer
The Alain Mimoun Gymnasium is 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris. The complex, which is open to all users, has a multisports room plus a self-contained, fully equipped fencing room that makes it the ideal Olympic and Paralympic training base.
The Regional Climbing Centre in Montmartin-sur-Mer is 10 km from Coutances and 20 km from Granville. It can be reached from Paris in 3 hours 30 minutes. The centre was built in 1997 and has undergone a regular programme of expansion and improvement works, tracking developments in sport climbing. The rope climbing wall, renovated in 2013, is an outstanding, modern facility that meets current discipline standards.

Montmartin sur Mer
The Stéphane Diagana Gymnasium is located in the centre of Pont-Audemer, in an idyllic rural setting yet just 10 minutes from the nearby motorway network, with links to Paris in 1 hour 30 minutes, Le Havre in 40 minutes, Rouen in 30 minutes, and Caen in 45 minutes. The climbing room, which opened in 2007, is a modern facility open to all users. With various additional spaces (team leader’s office, storage facility, gym, boulders, etc.), it is the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition.
Dojo 76, the departmental dojo, is located less than 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris and opened in 2006. It is a modern facility open to all users. The judo studio has six different combat areas, and the facility also boasts additional spaces (meeting room, offices, gym, sauna, medical centre, storage facility, etc.), making it the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition.
