The Alain Mimoun Gymnasium is 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris. The complex, which is open to all users, has a multisports room plus a self-contained, fully equipped fencing room that makes it the ideal Olympic and Paralympic training base.
Léry-Poses Leisure Park is located 1 hour from Paris and 15 minutes from Rouen. The park features a climbing facility that was fully renovated in 2017. The complex is open to all users. Nearby (less than 200 m away), there is athlete accommodation, meeting rooms, a restaurant, and storage facilities. The leisure park’s secluded rural setting makes it the ideal place for athletes to prepare mentally and physically.
A self-contained, men’s and women’s artistic gymnastics room (1,256 m²), opened in 2014, with Gymnova men’s and women’s gymnastics equipment, including a fast-track tumbling piste and landing pits beneath all items of equipment for training. The floor was upgraded in 2018. The complex has an 850-seat stand, meeting rooms, a 135 m² gym and a 140 m² motor skills room that can be accessed from the main room, plus a sauna, weight-lifting equipment and an anti-doping testing facility.
Temporary equipment can be installed on the 400 m² outdoor grass area.

The UFR STAPS Gymnastics Centre is located on the Mont-Saint-Aignan campus, 10 minutes from the centre of Rouen. The centre includes a gym, 2 gymnasiums (type C), 2 dance studios with wooden flooring, a dojo and a 150-capacity amphitheatre, all interconnected. The gymnastics room has 4 cameras linked to 4 screens, providing different angles of view during training in each area. Most of the gymnastics equipment is Gymnova-branded with short ropes, and there are two pieces of most items of equipment. There is one latest-generation Janssen floor. The room has lead ropes above the asymmetric bars and fixed bar, a long elasticated rope for the rings, a horizontal lead rope on the acrobatic, and a 4-piece lead rope on the large trampoline.
The Sotteville-lès-Rouen Wrestling Centre is one of two centres in Rouen and the surrounding area. The resident club, SSCC, has organised an international open for the past 10 years and hosts warm-ups for athletes competing in the nearby (temporary) official combat area in the stadium’s multisports room, which has a capacity of up to 1,000 spectators. The resident club has competed at the highest level in France for 10 years. Through exchanges with international athletes, SSCC is renowned around the world. The men’s team, crowned French D1 champions in 2017, includes two well-known names: world champion and Olympic wrestler Mélonin Noumonvi, and Moroccan international Choucri Attafi. The club could play an important supporting role for delegations, including the provision of medical services.
The spacious, leafy stadium where the centre is located includes a soft-surface 4 km jogging course through well-preserved rustic surroundings.

With various additional spaces (meeting room, team leader’s office, storage facility, VIP area, etc.), it is the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition.
The Michel Pelchat Centre, located 2 hours from Paris (by car or train), is open to all users. With its outstanding indoor equipment, special flooring and high-level tables, it is the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition. The local club that uses the centre plays to a professional standard and regularly hosts national players and delegations looking to prepare for major international championships.
The Multi-activity Centre, located less than 1 hour 30 minutes (150 km) from Paris and opened in 2011, is a modern facility open to all users with a green roof. With various additional spaces (19-capacity meeting room, 90-capacity club house, storage facility and private parking), it is the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition.
The Saint-Lois baseball field, situated at the Les Ronchettes Sports Centre, is one of the best in France. Athletes can make use of the many facilities at the nearby football training centre (dressing rooms, club house, gym, etc.). There is also an aquatic centre (with a gym) and a compact golf course nearby, making it the ideal base for Olympic preparations.
