Parc Signa is a haven of greenery surrounded by forest, with various outdoor sports and leisure facilities that delegations can use to practise shooting in peaceful, natural surroundings. It is the ideal place for outdoor physical preparation.

Maromme
The Multi-activity Centre, located less than 1 hour 30 minutes (150 km) from Paris and opened in 2011, is a modern facility open to all users with a green roof. With various additional spaces (19-capacity meeting room, 90-capacity club house, storage facility and private parking), it is the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition.
The Les Coteaux Gymnasium is located in Argences, 2 hours from Paris and 20 minutes from Caen. The facility, which opened in 2017, includes a dojo and a climbing wall. In addition to indoor pursuits, there is also a training facility nearby (athletics track, indoor and outdoor pitches and courts) and an aquatic centre. With all these sports facilities located so close together, the gymnasium is the ideal place for athletes to prepare.
The Guy Boissière Sports Centre (pool & skating rink complex) is located in peaceful surroundings on an island in the heart of Rouen, just 15 minutes from the city centre. Just 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, it boasts outstanding facilities that make it the ideal place for Olympic and Paralympic athletes to prepare for competition.

Rouen
The Venoix complex is the training and practice facility for Stade Malherbe de Caen, a club that plays in Ligue 1 of the French football championships. It boasts top-level facilities: a hybrid pitch, an artificial pitch and an artificial 1/2 pitch.
The UFR STAPS Gymnastics Centre is located on the Mont-Saint-Aignan campus, 10 minutes from the centre of Rouen. The centre includes a gym, 2 gymnasiums (type C), 2 dance studios with wooden flooring, a dojo and a 150-capacity amphitheatre, all interconnected. The gymnastics room has 4 cameras linked to 4 screens, providing different angles of view during training in each area. Most of the gymnastics equipment is Gymnova-branded with short ropes, and there are two pieces of most items of equipment. There is one latest-generation Janssen floor. The room has lead ropes above the asymmetric bars and fixed bar, a long elasticated rope for the rings, a horizontal lead rope on the acrobatic, and a 4-piece lead rope on the large trampoline.

Mont Saint Aignan
Bretteville-sur-Odon Regional Shooting Centre opened in 2015. It stands on the outskirts of Caen, 2 hours from Paris and 5 minutes from Caen Airport. The centre boasts everything shooters need to practice their discipline in optimal conditions. The training centre is used by French international competitor Eric Delaunay.
